Assistance is provided in the completion and submission of applications for the Aruba ED Card. The fee for this service includes professional support, application review, and submission, as well as any mandatory government fees.

The operator's liability is constrained to the amount remitted by the user for the service provided.

Personal information collected by the Operator (The data controller) shall be processed in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (GDPR).
